Supervision for Service User Representatives
Inspirit are able to provide individual and group supervision for service users. Service user representatives and coordinators are a valuable resource and need to be supported in their roles.
Inspirit provide group supervision for service user representatives. We will come to your borough and offer a monthly or bi-monthly safe space where service user reps can talk about and seek support for the many issues that they face in their roles. Where required, supervision can be provided on the Inspirit premises.

- Boundary issues with other service users and others they have informal relationships with
- Defining the gap between advocacy and treatment
- How to develop and maintain a professional relationship with staff in services
- How to seek support for themselves and general self-care
- How to offer support to each other
- Confidentiality and information sharing when learning about risk situations
