Creative Continuing Care is a unique service that recognises the needs of a minority of substance misuse service users that are often the hardest to engage in recovery. The Creative Continuing Care service aims to provide a range of projects that support ongoing and developmental personal growth and independence. We support service users to develop plans for the future to enable them to gain confidence and achieve their goals. More information can be found here.
